Getting a cita can take weeks; in January 2026 Catalan News found only two of about twenty people had managed it through the official site. Then each office wants its own set: padrón, lease, fee receipt, photo, copies. The papers are in your email, your downloads and a photo from the landlord, mostly in Spanish.

KIAgent reads them, in Spanish, on your computer. When you ask ChatGPT or Claude, they explain the letter in English from that text and link the original, so you can check it. It’s a helpful explanation, not legal or tax advice: for anything with real consequences, ask your gestor, the office or a lawyer.

No. KIAgent doesn’t book appointments or watch the cita site. It makes sure the cita you did get isn’t wasted: what to bring, what you have, what’s missing.

It reads the alert emails you receive, so they stand out in Messages. It doesn’t log into DEHú, Cl@ve or any portal: open the notification there and save the PDF into Incoming, and from then on it’s searchable and explained.

Pick any folder on your computer as Incoming, for example your iCloud Drive or Google Drive folder, and save photos or scans of your letters there from your phone. KIAgent reads each new one and files it by your rules. It doesn’t reach into your phone’s photo library by itself.

Only what an answer needs, when you ask through it, and every lookup is logged on your computer. Don’t add a folder you never want an AI to read from, or remove it later and everything read from it is deleted.
