It’s a helpful explanation, not legal or tax advice: for anything with real consequences, ask AIMA, Finanças, your accountant or a lawyer.

No. It reads the alert emails you receive, so they stand out in Messages. Open the notice in the portal and save the PDF into Incoming, and from then on it’s searchable and explained. Notices can count as delivered after a few days even unopened, so don’t wait on the alert.

No. KIAgent doesn’t log into AIMA. It keeps your own record: the process number, what you sent and when, and every reply.

Pick any folder on your computer as Incoming, for example your iCloud Drive or Google Drive folder, and save photos or scans of your letters there from your phone. KIAgent reads each new one and files it by your rules. It doesn’t reach into your phone’s photo library by itself.

Only what an answer needs, when you ask through it, and every lookup is logged on your computer. Don’t add a folder you never want an AI to read from, or remove it later and everything read from it is deleted.
